Prior to logging into Conviva Social Insights, sign into Instagram with the account that is needed for analytics.

Log into the Conviva Social Insights Studio

Enter your supplied username and password

Upon signing in you will be prompted to connect your social channels 

Click Connect Instagram

You will be redirected to Instagram, where a confirmation will appear 

Click [Authorize as XYZ] 

Enable Conviva Social Insights access to basic information and public content to retrieve insights for accounts

Note: Conviva Social Insights only pulls media and analytics on Instagram accounts and Instagram does not share your password with us. 

Within 24 hours, your Instagram data will appear under the “Analytics” tab of Conviva Social Insights
