Below you can find the windows for data updates in Conviva Social Insights.
Facebook: New posts published will start showing up within Conviva 1-2 hours of being posted. Data for posts updates at minimum every 4 hours.
Facebook Live: Facebook Live Streams update sec by sec once you go live on Facebook.
Instagram: New posts published will start showing up within 1-2 hours of being posted. Data for posts updates at minimum every 4 hours.
Instagram Stories: Stories data updates daily in intervals at 4AM 10AM 4PM and 10PM
Twitter: New posts published will start showing up within Conviva 1-2 hours of being posted. Twitter Posts and Engagements update every 4 hours. Twitter Video Views and impressions update once daily between 4am - 6am EST. Twitter will update to include views through midnight the day prior.
YouTube: Posts update a minimum every 4 hours including Video Views. Authenticated insights from YouTube (minutes consumed, demographic data etc) pulls in within 36 hours after a video is posted.
Audience Size in Overview: Audience metrics are updated once daily at 10pm eastern, 7pm pacific, 2am UTC
Audience is defined as:
- Facebook – Number of Page Likes
- Instagram – Number of Followers
- Twitter – Number of Followers
- YouTube – Number of Subscribers
Once a post/video lives in a campaign, the data is subject to the same collection intervals as the “Analytics” tab, meaning it will update at minimum every 4 hours with the most recent data.
Campaigns will automatically pull in any new posts that were published the previous day each morning between 6am and 8am EST.
You can pull the most recent posts into the campaigns by clicking REFRESH from the Campaign Overview screen.
All leaderboard metrics update once daily between 4am - 6am EST with the previous day’s data.
You can see when the data was last refreshed in the upper right corner of Leaderboard.
