Consult with your Solutions Consultant if your license allows for additional accounts to be added into Conviva Social Insights.
Notify your Solutions Consultant the account that you want added into Conviva Social Insights by emailing email@example.com or messaging via Intercom in the Conviva Social Insights Platform.
Include the social media channel handles that need to be added to the account in your request.
Work with your Solutions Consultant in getting accounts authenticated into Conviva Social Insights.
