Consult with your Solutions Consultant if your license allows for additional accounts to be added into Conviva Social Insights.
- Notify your Solutions Consultant the account that you want added into Conviva Social Insights by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or messaging via Intercom in the Conviva Social Insights Platform.
- Include the social media channel handles that need to be added to the account in your request.
- Work with your Solutions Consultant in getting accounts authenticated into Conviva Social Insights.
