Consult with your Solutions Consultant if your license allows for additional accounts to be added into Conviva Social Insights. 

If Yes: 

  • Notify your Solutions Consultant the account that you want added into Conviva Social Insights by emailing or messaging via Intercom in the Conviva Social Insights Platform. 

  • Include the social media channel handles that need to be added to the account in your request. 

  • Work with your Solutions Consultant in getting accounts authenticated into Conviva Social Insights. 

*Note: Facebook you will need your Facebook account to be added to that page as an ADMIN.
