KPI Metrics

  • Posts Made: The number of TikTok videos you published in the time period selected
  • Video Views: The number of times users have viewed your account's TikTok videos during the period of time selected.
  • Followers: The total number of followers on your TikTok account
  • Profile Views: Number of times your profile page was viewed, either by clicking on the username or profile image in any video.
  • Engagements: The sum of likes, comments and shares on your TikTok posts published within the time period selected.
  • Average Engagements/Post: The Average number of times users engaged with your posts during the time period selected.
  • Average Engagement Rate: The average engagement rate for your TikTok posts published in the time period selected, expressed as a percentage.

Post-Level Metrics

  • Likes: The total number of likes on a single TikTok post
  • Comments: The total number of comments on a single TikTok post
  • Shares: The number of times users shared your TikTok video
  • Engagements: Sum of likes, comments and shares for a single post.
  • Engagement Rate: Sum of likes, comments and shares for a single post / number of followers on your account at posting.
